Meet Pete Pedrozo,
founder of OZO Microgreens.

Howdy! I'm Pete Pedrozo, owner of OZO Microgreens — Central Texas's home for living, specialty greens grown 100% plastic-free, delivered alive, and grown in a wooden/hydro setup you won't find anywhere else.

This journey began in 2025 when my dad and I started growing for fun on a newly acquired farm in need of some TLC — now proudly called OZO Farms. From the start, we wanted to take a holistic approach to the land, drawing on ancient sustainability techniques that have largely disappeared from commercial farming: bees for pollination, fish for water treatment, buried wood and compost from previous cycles for water retention, and more.

We quickly realized two things: it was incredibly fun, and the greens were absolutely delicious — not to mention packed with nutrition.

So we partnered up and decided to share them with the great people of Central Texas. We're passionate about good food and bringing health, vitality, and nutrition to the communities of San Marcos, San Antonio, and the Austin area. What better way than with nature's finest?

You can find us as regulars at:
